Plaza de los Naranjos is my favorite place in Marbella Old Town. It is the main square and the historic city center of Marbella that is now filled with restaurants, shops, a fountain, orange trees, flowers, and countless picture-perfect Instagram photo spots!

One of the best corners to take photos is definitely the Marbella Town Hall building. It is a white long building that borders the square. The wall of the building is decorated with blue flower pots, and red flowers as well as numerous clay pots with plants. Beautiful!

Another beautiful Instagram spot in Plaza de los Naranjos square is the Ermita de Santiago chapel with a beautiful fountain in front of it. The wall of the chapel features lines of beautiful flower pots and makes for the perfect photo spot in Marbella!

This flower spot in Carmen street is amongst the best and most popular Instagram spots in Marbella! Although it is a very short street it is pretty iconic!
What makes it so special is the charming combination of typical Andalusian-style elements. There is a stunning white wall covered with blue flower pots and red flowers – the perfect Instagram photo spot.
But if you then look in the direction of the yellow tower of Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación church it makes the photo spot even more perfect! Don’t leave Marbella without a photo at this spot!

3. Marbella letters above Calle Nueva

Have you seen that iconic overhanging bush with the Marbella letters on it and wondered where you can find it in Marbella Old Town? This is it! The famous Marbella sign is located above Calle Nueva street.
Calle Nueva is a beautiful street that starts at the famous Plaza de Naranjos square and is filled with boutique stores, souvenir shops and is covered by lively plants and flowers. It is a great place for shopping!

4. The biggest flower bush in Marbella on Calle Príncipe!

One of the most impressive and beautiful places in Marbella Old Town is the biggest flower bush sitting atop Hotel La Villa Marbella. There are actually two different bushes, but they have grown together and look like a single bush.
One of the bushes has purple-colored flowers, but the other one has red tones, so it looks different from each side. The hotel is located on Calle Príncipe street and the flower bush above it is definitely one of the best Instagram spots in Marbella!
We visited Marbella in spring so this is one of the things I wish we did differently because the flower bushes were not in full bloom yet. Although it looks beautiful anyway, it would look stunning if it were blooming more.
Location: Hotel La Villa Marbella
5. Santo Cristo de Marbella chapel on Calle Ancha

Calle Ancha is an iconic street in Marbella Old Town. It is one of the most popular streets for shopping, people-watching, and having lunch at a restaurant with tables on the side of the street. It is one of the prettiest streets in Marbella!
One of my favorite spots on the street is Santo Cristo de Marbella chapel. It is a small white chapel with a beautiful striking tower located next to a square. There is a beautiful fountain in the middle of the square that creates a charming photo spot!

Calle Ortiz de Molinillo is definitely amongst the most beautiful streets in Marbella and one of my favorite Instagram photo spots in Marbella for sure. It is a super charming street in the very heart of the Old Town!
This little corner on the street is beautifully decorated with the same white wall, blue pots, and red flowers as the famous Calle Carmen street with the iconic view of the church – located only 60 meters away, by the way!
Even the trash bin is colored blue with red flowers! This street often gets overlooked by Calle Carmen street but it is definitely worth a visit, so walk by and take a look! It might even be less crowded than the spot at Calle Carmen!

Marbella Old Town is a town of whitewashed houses and flowers. There are many iconic flower bushes over cafés that have those perfect Southern vacation vibes. Here are some of the most popular ones!
I have to mention that we visited Marbella in early spring (the first days of April) so unfortunately the flower bushes were not in full bloom yet. So when you look at these photos imagine them full of blooming, colorful flowers!
MIA CAFE – Tapas & Bar

MIA CAFE – Tapas & Bar is probably one of the best places to visit. It is not only a really great café (we had lunch there and the tapas were really good!), but it is one of the most beautiful spots in the Old Town.
There is a fantastic flower bush hanging above the cafe that has these bright pink flowers and stands out really well. I hope you visit Marbella closer to the summer when the flowers are in full bloom! It will look stunning!

Cafe Flore Restaurante

Located just around the corner from the previous two cafés you will find Cafe Flore Restaurante. It is another spot with the iconic blue flower pots with red flowers on a white wall. It is the perfect combination for a photo and it works every time!
Besides, there is a massive pink flower bush hanging over the sign of the restaurant which makes this facade one of the most beautiful ones for sure! Come early for a photo as it gets crowded later in the day!
Location: Cafe Flore Restaurante
9. The picturesque archway on Calle Caballeros

Calle Caballeros is a narrow and pretty long street in the heart of Marbella Old Town. What makes it extra unique is the arch-shaped pathway stretching across the street where you can walk under it.
It is an iconic Instagram spot in Marbella Old Town, although not as colorful and not so famous as others. Besides the charming white archway, the street is filled with flowers and plants which make it picture-perfect and attractive, so stop by!
Location: Archway on Calle Caballeros
10. View of Marbella church from Calle Gloria

Calle Gloria street was one of my favorite streets in Marbella Old Town. One of the reasons for it was the iconic view that you get of the striking tower of the Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación church.

Another reason was the street itself – it is super narrow, covered with cobbles, decorated with barrels, lanterns, and plants, and looks absolutely charming! Plus it is full of cute shops where you can buy souvenirs, accessories and so much more!

Parque de la Alameda is a jungle-like park right next to Marbella Old Town filled with flowers, lush green trees and plants, colorful tile benches, a glorious 18th-century fountain, and narrow walking paths hidden in the shade of the massive trees.

While walking around the Old Town we accidentally stumbled across this very pretty spot on Calle Escuela – next to a school – with a lot of flower pots attached to a white wall. Such a Marbella-style corner!

Location: Calle Escuela
15. Esculturas de Dalí

There is a wide pedestrian avenue – Avenida del Mar – connecting the jungle-like park Parque de la Alameda and the beach. Avenida del Mar is a busy place full of street artists and vendors, but it also hosts numerous Salvador Dalí sculptures.

It feels like an open-air exhibition – each statue is more interesting than the other. And the best part is that you can visit everything for free. Don’t miss this unique place! And take some unusual photos next to the works made by the famous Spanish artist!

Marbella beachside promenade is one of the most beautiful and relaxing places that you have to visit during your trip! Even better – it is lined with picture-perfect tall palm trees and plants. Makes for a beautiful Instagram spot in Marbella!

There are plenty of places to sit down and relax and enjoy the good weather! Apart from sandy bays and beaches, there are a couple of cool spots to enjoy like the Statue of Venus – a beautiful statue and a fountain built on a pier stretching into the sea.
